Basic and Advanced Maintenance Sessions
We are so excited about this year's Ironman cycle route. This year anyone taking part will pass the shop 3 times!
We will be making this year bigger an better than last, with a marquee, keg of ale, wine, soft drinks, cakes and more...
Watch this space!
Unfortunately, we're not going to be putting on any of these sessions this year. Due to the unexpected busy period we've have over the past few month we just can't justify the time needed to dedicate ourselves to these sessions and for you to get the best out of them. We can only apologise for that.
That being said, if at the end of the year we find ourselves quieting down, then we may put them back on. We'll be sure to contact you if we do.
Thank you for your continued support and interest in these sessions.
Announcement please read!
We have taken the decision to change our opening hours in order to spend more time as a family. As our little girl starts school in September, we have decided to close on Saturday's and open Monday to Friday. We know this may not suit everyone but we have to try and make the business work for our young family. We really hope you understand.
Thank you in advance.
